Seriously, knox has got one. Why not the Web Ui, generate interest, announce new features, here us complain? More than the build link/version. Or do we just use the Lounge?

Speaking of which, item history wit detail would be huge. Or just list the altered fiekd (s), or anything more than what is there...

@AlwaysSortaCurious: Haha good point. All things being equal, we probably would. However:

    • Knox, though discontinued, is still a separate paid product that we continue to offer technical support for
    • We don't get a lot of feedback about the 1Password.com web interface since launch since most people use the native apps/extensions
    • The 1Password.com web interface is part of all 1Password.com memberships, so generally the Memberships category is a good place for them

But we've discussed changing up categories, and even giving the web its own at times. I'm not sure there would be enough traffic to justify that now, but it's something we continue to evaluate. So we may end up doing just that in time.

Hmm. It's an interesting idea. You can click on a record in item history to view it to see if it's what you want, but maybe we can improve the UI in the future to make it easier to compare. Thanks for bringing this up! :)

The Web UI feels Sad. :( the Web Ui team is like probably, 'we dont want the grief' :p yeah, the hunt and peck through every change in item history can be painful... (appreciated).

  • Thanks for the feedback. :) We have had some discussion internally about re-vamping the categories available here, but we’d likely be looking to simplify if anything, not add. ;)
