I have several clients that use 1Password on multiple systems. Some are older OS X El Capitan (10.11) and some are upgraded to macOS High Sierra (10.13). Thus, the older Macintosh computers can't upgrade to version 7. Can the older Macintosh computers stay at version 6 and still sync with (iCloud/Dropbox) version 7?

1Password Version: 7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.11.13
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hi @MacSupport,

They can. 1Password 6 has full support for the OPVault sync container and iCloud sync hasn't changed at all. The only real difference would be notes using Markdown don't look quite as nice in 1Password 6 but are still perfectly readable and you don't get the nice nested tags but the tags are still listed and usable. Answering queries means I'm jumping between 1Password 6 and 1Password 7 and so this answer is from personal experience.

Glad to hear it. We have several clients that will also be happy this works. It looks like it is time to push the update to clients. :)
