Good day,

I´ve sent up during an early beta to 1password.com.
According the GDPR I have to move my data to 1password.eu

How to do this?

    Hi jimthing,

    thanks for your reply.
Signing up at 1Password.eu requires me to buy an additional family license which I don´t want.

Contact them directly by email, and they'll sort you out:

  • Thanks for the assist here, jimthing. @sebn If you haven’t already taken jimthing’s advice please do. We’ll be happy to help, but this is something we’d need to address via email.

    Thanks!

I don't think anything in the GDPR forces you to move. But if you don't move you would have to agree to a privacy policy that perhaps AgileBits don't have in place yet (I haven't checked, and as I'm not an employee I don't know).

That would be my understanding as well, but I’m not a lawyer. :)

Well, we do have two external consultants regarding the GDPR/DSGVO issue - both advised us to migrate to the EU vault. I believe/guess/hope they do have a reason to do so.

@Ben Sent in the ticket 4 days ago via email. Hopefully you guys have some time to take care of this prior the demo period stops.

    Thanks!

@sebn: I'm not seeing anything in the inbox. What is the Support ID you received? We can help you sort things out. :)

Ah, great! Go ahead and continue the conversation there then. Just wanted to make sure you were getting the help you need. You're in good hands. :chuffed:
