Need help Upgrading from iTunes to Family Subscription

Hi, I am on the individual subscription through iTunes, but I would like to upgrade to a Family subscription. I understand from other threads that the process is to cancel the iTunes subscription and let you know by email and on the discussion board, and then you will turn off my subscription on your end so that I can restart it with a family plan through 1PW directly rather than iTunes.

I cancelled my iTunes subscription on May 30 and sent you the email; I got an auto reply from the system, but my billing page still shows me as active with an iTunes Individual plan. Apparently I'm still i the 30-day free trial window, with an expiration of June 30, but I'm willing to skip the free trial period if necessary, so that I can upgrade to the family plan ASAP. Please help! Thanks.
