`View account details` is greyed out.
I am trying to setup my my account on the new 1password 7. I want to scan the code from my phone but the View account details is greyed out. Why is that? Also, it is not not accepting my master password for the one account it has. Can someone please help?

Hey @lood800! Just to make sure we're on the same page, could you post a screenshot of the "View account details" button you mentioned? If you need any help taking a screenshot, there is a nice guide over here.
Once you have the image, make sure to remove or mask any private info since this is a public forum. Then just attach it to your post by clicking the document icon and clicking Choose Files. Here's what that looks like:
