Android app hanging on 'Add Account'

I am trying to add my account to my android version of 1password. I scan the QR code and enter my password but it just hangs. I am able to access my dropbox based vault but that has not been updated for 6 months.

1Password Version: 7.0.1
Extension Version: 4.7.1.90
OS Version: OSX 10.13.4
Sync Type: 1password.com

    @knewstubb I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble adding your account to 1Password on your android device. When you scan the code and enter your Master Password, do you see the progress spinner animating at the bottom of the screen? Alternatively, is the sign-in button still displaying or is the spinner frozen?
