I'm using 1Password 6 on my Macbook, Google pixel phone and Asus Chromebook which runs Android apps.

My phone syncs quickly and accurately with my Dropbox 1Password keychain. My Chromebook does not. When it tries to sync, the notifications box shows a lengthy notification listing files which it says it can't download. The 1Password settings on both the phone and the chromebook are the same.

What is going on and how do I correct it?

    @asdervaes I'd be happy to help you with getting sync working as expected on your Chromebook. In order to get a better understanding of what's working differently, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Android)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    • A link to this thread: url
    • Your forum username: username

    That way we can "connect the dots" when we see your diagnostics in our inbox.
