Stopped Syncing and now won't

Hi there, been using the software for a while, a colleague of mine made a change and I went to look for it and couldn't find it, other colleagues could, I shut the software down and re-ran and still nothing, I made a test change and I "offline changes" stayed on screen whereas normally it vanishes after a few seconds. I've reinstalled the software, signed out and back into the account and still no sync, when I start 1password up now its empty, it works fine on my phone and on the web so it's only the Windows version thats being problematic.

  • @RogueJames please send us Diagnostics Report so we can figure out what's happening. It could be a number of reasons, like network, proxy, vpn, antivirus... Diagnostics Report will tell us the truth.
