I reinstalled 1Password and started the 7 day trial to get things back up and running again. As mentioned earlier I already paid for the year earlier this month.

I've sent emails but got no response. I need a license for the new account.

I'm using the same email and payment method. When can I expect the refund and/or new key?

    We generally work on a first come first served basis which is determined by the timestamp of the most recent message received. As such replying to your email thread multiple times before hearing back from us bumps you to the end of that line. I see you’ve been working with Brenty. He’ll be in touch via email soon. Thanks.
