Suggestion for the beta option - allow a roll back

I would suggest added a roll-back feature from the beta release. This would help if a beta has a bug that cannot be easily worked around then a user can roll back to a stable release. Jetbrain's has this for all their IDE's and it can really help you out of a fix.

@Taz77: We test things internally so we don't generally see showstoppers like the sort of thing you're implying, but you can revert to the stable version at any time:

And after all, if 1Password is hosed, it's not going to be able to revert to an earlier version for you itself anyway. Cheers! :)

  • To be clear, sometimes its also not possible to roll back to the stable release. If there is a schema change to any of the databases between a release and a beta, you'll have to wipe your data directory in order to go back, or stick with the beta updates until that version gets fixed/released.

@rudy: Oh, you! Can still use the older version to sign into the account, or load a local vault. ;)
