I put 1password 7 on a different computer running windows 10. I cant sign in. I am using the account credentials (email, secret key) from my account on my android phone. When I try to sign in it says email or secret key or password are wrong.

    Hey @baurori. Can you let us know how you're entering your account credentials on Windows? Are you scanning your Secret Key, or are you typing them in?

    Also, are you able to sign in with the same credentials from a browser at 1Password.com on this PC?

    Thanks for the reply. I entered Secret Key by both typing and scanning. Today after using the same credentials as on my phone, after multiple attempts, it suddenly logged me in. Don't know why it worked that time and not the other times. Now working fine.
