I reset my computer and cant get into 1password

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I had to reset my computer using WIndows 10. I regularly used the 1Password app previously and even have a license key. How do I get back to using it again the same way I had it before?

    Thank you for reaching out! :+1:

    If you have used a local vault in 1Password 4 for Windows before reset, you will need to download 1Password 4 now, not 1Password 7 (it is a paid upgrade for the 1Password 4 owners). Additionally, you will need to find your local vault, so please let me know the following:

    • Do you see any .agilekeychain or .opvault files on your computer now?
    • Have you set up sync via Dropbox in 1Password 4 before reset?
