I recently upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone X. Since the upgrade I am unable to sync with the WLAN server on my MacBook. Every time that I try, the app simply crashes. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am currently running version 7.0.7 of 1Password on my Mac and version 7.0.6 of the app in my phone.

1Password Version: 7.0.7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 10.13.5, iOS 12.0
Sync Type: WLAN

@tbeauchene: It sounds like something got messed up when you setup the new device (and presumably restored the data from the previous device). If you have all of your data on the Mac, I recommend installing a fresh copy 1Password for iOS and syncing it back from there. It sounds like the app may just be damaged. Honestly, you'd probably need to do that anyway since your old phone was the one paired for syncing. This will allow you to setup sync on the new one. Let me know how it goes.
