Hello! I need help getting into my account. My phone is damaged and I'm without my computer, and I do not know my secret key, though I do know my email and master password. Can someone help me get back in? Thanks

    Unfortunately, if you have a subscription you do need the secret key to use 1PW on a new device. AgileBits can't reset it, and they do not have it.

    Is your phone completely unusable? There would be some kinds of damage that would let you use the phone enough to get hold of the key.

    Hey @drewpreiner, I'm sorry to hear about the lost Secret Key. As @danco mentioned, this is something that only you have, like your Master Password. Sadly we don't have it to simply send to you. There are a few things you can try to recover it:
