starting over ( if not possible to recover master password)

Hey guys,

I sent email yesterday but haven't gotten a response so I'm trying here.

I lost my password for 1password cloud. I tried all options to recover password(as I have secret key but lost corresponding master password). nothing helps. Could you please destroy my account or do whatever you have to do so I can create a new password?
