ignore url not working

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I have the following URL and in this admin page it has configs for me to set emails but 1Password keeps trying to fill them in. How do I stop this?

Here is the URL:

    @jeffreym: I'm not sure what you're asking, but it's important to note that 1Password doesn't fill anything without you telling it to. Do you maybe have browser autofill doing that?
