Can't remove item from Favorites list

I noticed an item in my Favorites list that I don't remember adding. I tried to swipe it to delete it, but that didn't work. So I selected it and opened the item. At the bottom, I saw the "Add to Favorites" link. I touched it and it changed to "Remove from Favorites", then touched it again and it went back. When I go to the Favorites list, it's still in there. How do I remove it from that section?

    Hi @ajahn,

    Do you have a non-zero number set for 1Password > Settings > General > Recently Used Items? If so that may explain the situation.

    Please try setting that to zero.
