Can you add the ability to get xth, yth, and zth charachters from password?
My banks have security numbers and passwords.
I use random generated values for these, but they ask for say the 4th, 7th and 12th characters from my security number. Thats really hard to do when it's random.

@maxcbc although you don't say what version of 1Password you're using I'll assume it's either 1Password 6 or 1Password 7 for the purpose of this reply.
What you want is already there. All you need to do is to click the dropdown arrow which is revealed when you mouse over a password field and choose show in large type. (If you're saving your security numbers in something other than a password field just edit the entry and change the relevant field type to Password and you'll then be able to use the facility I've described.)
