1Password does not save log-in details on Hydrawise.com

I have an account with app.hydrawise.com
When I log-in, 1Password does not save the log-in details
I am using Chrome on a Windows 10 pc.
When I click on the Chrome extension icon, at the bottom of the pop-up, the following is displayed:
"Filling in Chrome for app.hydrawise.com"

How do I get 1Password to save the log-in details?

    Hi @TimTDP,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I can reproduce the issue on that site specifically, the way the form is designed doesn't appear to look like you've submitted it.

    For now, enter the data but don't submit, instead click on 1Password icon on the browser's toolbar. When 1Password mini comes up, click on the gear icon to select Save new Login. After that, you should be able to fill your item normally.

    We'll see if we can find a way to support saving on that site, thanks for reporting it.

    Hi @TimTDP,

    I've filed a bug report to see what we can do to improve recognition here. Until we do at least manually saving helped create the required Login item.
