Bad costumer support [we try to respond within 24 hours though currently it may be a little more]

I have an urgent case and 1password is not responding after more than 36 hours.
I think this is very bad. I am at hollidays and have a serious issue with my account.
Anybody home? Please reply at the e-mail adres of this forum subscription

    To be fair to everyone we typically respond to inquiries in the order they are received. We make every attempt to respond within 24 hours, however at present we do unfortunately have some cases that have waited up to a few days. We'll be with you soon. Thanks. :)

    However, it looks as if my colleague brenty did indeed reply to your email. If you didn't receive his reply, you might want to check your Spam or Bulk email folders.
