Registration failed in the middle and I didn’t get a secret key

I was registering for a free trial and got through the part where I chose my password and entered my credit card but then on the next step I was unable to connect to the server. I got an email saying my account was created but I never got to the part with the secret key. I don’t know how to do anything with my account since I’ve never gotten a key and never successfully signed in to any device. I’ve been using the standalone product for years. How can I get the key or start over with my account?
