I changed from a family account to an individual account today, billed annually and didn't receive $10 credit as promised on screen. thanks.

    I’m really sorry to hear that something’s going on with your credit, but really appreciate you giving 1Password a shot!

    We’d have to take a deeper look into the promotion that you received to see why it’s not activating, as sometimes certain promotions are only valid for certain account types. Would you be able to send our sales team an email at sales@1password.com so they can investigate this?
