I purchased the membership after having it synced to dropbox/icloud, not synced

I purchased the membership after having it synced to dropbox/icloud, now appears some of my devices are still on sync method and membership, initial instructions stated once you upgraded would all work but seems there is something else am missing as information definitely not syncing between devices. Any assistance be appreciated..

    Welcome to the forum, @kahuja100! I'm sorry for the trouble. 1password.com memberships use the 1password.com servers to store and sync your data, which means no additional setup with 3rd party sync services like Dropbox or iCloud is required. Some of this will depend on how you set up 1Password when you initially transferred from a standalone setup to your 1password.com account, so I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.

    ok, done,
    it appears when I purchased the membership a new vault was created.
    it named in primary, my old vault Personal is linked to the membership but all new data is going to the primary vault.
    on my Macs i can access both on my phone I cannot -only the personal vault is on there. BUT the primary is linked to iCloud and appears to be the only one syncing
    How do I merge them and then delete one? although it appears only the primary is syncing the membership one is not

    @kajuja100 -- thanks! Please make sure you send in diagnostics reports from all devices on which you use 1Password, and let me know when you've sent the last one. :)

    both are syncing the membership- personal one is taking longer but does update
    how do I merge the two accounts? i have updated preferences so new ones will only go to the membership account, i clearly didnt understand that :-( but now i do.
