It would be nice if you have 1password offer to delete attachments when a login is deleted, where that attachment would then be orphaned. Likewise, when deleting an attachment from a login, that would otherwise be orphaned. I'm not suggesting automatically deleting them, but offering to delete them, because they will be orphaned. This would help prevent orphaned attachments, which seems to be happening to me quite often!
