Unlock 1password using Windows Hello on startup

Hello,

Is there a way to unlock 1password on startup using Windows Hello (so that I can use PIN unlock and not have to enter my master password)? I know it's probably a security concern, but as someone who prefers to shutdown their computer instead of putting it to sleep, it is kind of annoying to have to enter my ultra long master password a few times a day (right after entering another ultra long password to log in to Windows). It would be great to have that as an option. Hope you guys can consider it.

Thanks!

    Hi @kevdliu,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Am I right to understand that you shut down your computer every time you stop using it? The thing is that there is indeed a security concern, please see this reply from Mike in a similar thread. It would be cool to have Windows Hello available on startup, but it is not that simple.

Let me know if it clarifies this situation with Windows Hello. Thanks! :+1:

    Cheers,
    Greg
