Being asked for account verification for a new account; I already have my old one.

I don't know if this is the right forum for this; I appreciate your steering it to the right area. I was having trouble (of my own making) logging in to my 1PW account and apparently inadvertently started the process for a new account. Now I'm getting an email asking me to verify it and then asking for payment information. I have my single account and am happy with it. How can I cancel out the erroneously created new account? Thanks.
