Unable to login - Lost my Yubikey and 2fa app code not working

I had 2fa set up on my Yubikey Neo and am not able to access this device for the code. I also had 2fa set up on my authenticator app but this code is no longer valid apparently. How do I reset my account so I can login?

    Thanks for writing in.

    99% of the times when the 2FA token doesn't work, it is because the date and time is not in sync. Please double check all of your devices' time setting to make sure they're syncing to a time server.
