My trial just expired and now I can't write on 1Password (vault in Dropbox)

Hi there,
My trial period expired and now I am unable to write/edit my accounts on 1Password for Windows (neither in the app itself nor the chrome extension) . The ios version works fine.

The strange thing is: my vault is in Dropbox. So I am not using the 1password storage.

Please help me.

1Password Version: 7.2.576
Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: Windows 10 1703

    Hi @rgsaraujo,

    Thanks for writing in.

You need a license to edit standalone vaults. We do not offer trial or free version for standalone vaults, they're read-only in 1Password 7 for Windows. If you add a valid 1Password.com account, the read-only restrictions are removed until the account has frozen. It sounds like your 1Password account did get frozen, which re-enables the read-only restriction for standalone vaults.

If you want to purchase a license, you can go to 1Password Menu > Purchase a license or click the button in the read-only banner where you attempted to edit the item.

1Password.com accounts do not require a license, so it is either 1Password membership or a license you can choose to keep editing your data.
