Hi,
I am not able to screen capture a 2d barcarcode to add 2FA to a site (ea.com).
The 1P capture window did not recognize the barcode on my macbook.
Any further details required, please let me know.

Hi @bondskin, welcome back to the forum.
It is really funny, I ran into the same issue on ea.com as well when setting up 2FA a few days ago! It turns out that the first QR code they prompt is for downloading Google Authenticator, and not setting up the One-Time Password, a misleading design choice on their part.
You have to click "Continue" and the next QR code will provide you with the the One-Time Password details.

I have the same issue, although when I click continue it does not give me another code, just a message saying codes will be sent to my phone and an option to save.
Could this be because I already have 2fa set up via google authenticator and that Im trying to edit it.
Maybe I should disable it altogether and start over.

Ignore above, disabling fixed the issue.
