chrome extension not working

After installing the extension, when I click on it to fill in info I get a menu item that says desktop app required. I have the desktop app installed.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted computer. All good.

    Welcome to the forum, @vesman! Thanks for the update. That's excellent news! I’d like to be able to say I’m glad I helped you get things squared away, but since you appear to have solved the problem by yourself, I can’t hardly claim any credit for it. :-) However, around here, we’ve learned to call a win a win whether we had a hand in it or not. Chrome can auto-update itself in the background, and when that happens, the bundle identifier is not the same as the one 1Password has to verify against, so it won't work until you restart (either Chrome and 1Password or your Mac).
