    Welcome to the forum, @view_finder! I'm sorry for the trouble, but without a little more information, it's difficult to say what might be wrong and how we might help you solve it. Can you tell us how many devices you use 1Password on, the version of macOS or iOS you have on each one as well as the version of 1Password, and what your sync method is? Anything else you can share regarding recent changes or unusual things you've noticed may help as well. What's not working, specifically, the way you expect it to? Thanks.
