Can't log in to 1P app on windows 7

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I installed the 1P app but it wont accept my password. Works ok in a page on Firefox. I see that the PC running win 7 is not listed in my device (just Firefox on that device) so wonder if that is the problem. I couldn't see how to add the PC to my devices. Thanks for ideas.

    Thanks for writing in.

    It sounds like you installed 1Password X extension for Firefox, not 1Password for Windows, is that possible? 1Password X is a self-contained browser extension that can run on its own without the main 1Password program. That may explain why you don't see it in your programs list.

    You can find the 1Password 7 for Windows program to download here: https://1Password.com/downloads/

    After downloading it, install it and then see if you can sign in with your 1Password account credentials.
