Understanding why you need browser permissions for privacy and downloads in 1.11 update

Hey guys, I'm just a concerned citizen/customer who'd like to know why you're asking for new permissions in the browser. It's not clear from the release notes

    So this is the part of the release notes that you will be referring to.

    • Privacy: Required to optionally set 1Password as your default password manager and disable browser autofill prompts
    • Downloads: Required to automatically download the Emergency Kit for your 1Password account and diagnostic information which we may request

    I will certainly do my best to help clarify but can you help me understand how you find it unclear. The style we've gone for here is to list each of the new permissions and the feature in 1Password X 1.11 that is behind its request. I do of course fully appreciate that even if it may appear to be clear to us, ensuring it is straightforward for everybody is very tricky and communication is an art to be mastered.
