How to merger Personal and Primary vault on iPhone

I have two vaults on my iPhone, but just one on my Mac. How do I merge so I have one vault on both, and they sync between Mac and iPhone?

    Hi @sweyhrich

    Please move any items that you have in the "Primary" vault that don't already exist in the "Personal" vault to the Personal vault and then delete the Primary vault.

    So the syncing between my Mac and iPhone should be done through my 1Password account (subscription), and NOT via iCloud, correct?
