my wife cannot access her Mac app with Master password - it works on my computer, but not hers

My wife cannot access her 1Password 7 on Mac app, online, or iOS - iPad. I checked our account - family membership - and she shows as being active. I use the same password and it all works on mine. Should I delete her and then re-invite her? Not sure what is happening. We are euphorias to date on macOS Mojave and iOS 12.

    Hi, @gfconner.

    If your wife has not added anything to 1Password yet, then it is probably safe and certainly easiest to delete her account and invite her back. If she has, though, it may be better to try to figure out what's wrong. Let me know which way you decide.
