forgotten master password

Hi there, I've been waiting over a week for a response to my query #RYK-17347-222 . I have forgotten my master password between registering and trying to use the tool and so would like clear guidance on how to delete everything and start again. None of the links I found in similar threads gave me the answer that I needed. Note that the email I am posting this under is different from the one that is registered (you will see that from the ticket). Thanks in advance

    But in case it helps anyone else, we cannot 'reset' anyone's passwords to help directly. However, try the tips in this guide may help:

    Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

    Otherwise, you can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. If all else fails, for assistance with starting over, email support@1password.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
