1password 7 will not download stops at quit1password..
.Version 7 download stops at Quit1password..Says 1password mini need to be closed....But when i hit quit all after highlighting nothing happens.....also tried control-option Q....so unable to get your new version.......I did close the mini Extension on Safari also....Unable to download it back, not showing up on your downloads just the new version? So i am left with no Mini which i had used all the time....

Not control-option-Q but conrol-option-command-Q. Was that a typo in your forum post, or were you actually using the wrong keystrokes?

@prtzboss - you shouldn't need to "reload" the mini -- quitting 1Password fully as @danco suggested should allow you to update the app, and when you re-launch it, the mini should open automatically, assuming you have "Always keep 1Password extension helper running" checked in Preferences > Browsers. Hope that helps! :)
