Removing a team account

I use 1P for my personal vault and at work, signed us up for the team plan.
On Friday, I left the company. I was convinced that mine was the admin account, so we renamed it from me@mycompany.com to ops@mycompany.com. 1P started asking me to reenter the master team password every time. I tried deleting the account, no luck.
I went in and renamed it back to the original me@mycompany.com but it''s still asking me to reenter the master every time.
1P is now crashing on my mac on a regular basis. I am on good terms with the company and still have access to the 1P team account, but I want it off my personal systems asap.

I filed a support ticket over the weekend, it's now Wed and I have received no response.
Support request is NZV-99164-632. Can someone please assist?

Perhaps unrelated, but the Safari extension in mojave seems to not be working right, so I've switched to Firefox in the meantime.
