Is there anyway to enforce 2fa on all my users? How can I enforce that each user is using it?

In LastPass there an option to use a policy to require all users to have 2FA, admin console > setup tab > policies > enable "Require use of any multifactor option". I'm evaluating password manager programs for my company and would like/need this functionality. Does 1Password have an equivalent policy?

@jjacobs: 1Password Business accounts support two different types of two-factor authentication: Duo is managed at the account level by an admin, so that can be enforced for the entire team; TOTP authentication, however, is available to all 1Password.com accounts on per-user basis, so it cannot be enforced that way (but you can use the reports feature to verify who is or is not using it). I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
