I'd like to be able to create a template for a custom item that is shared with our team

We store specialized login information and data about our clients' servers. I'd like to be able to define a custom item template in the New Item list and set it up with all of the fields we require. Custom item templates would help us standardize the data we store so we don't have to rely on the users doing it the same way every time.
