I think my 1Password account has expired. How do I renew it and retain all my current passwords?

@tandarae - I'm sorry for the trouble! If you've got a 1password.com account, it doesn't expire. All 1Password.com accounts come with a 30-day free trial, after which - if you don't subscribe (pay) - they enter Frozen status. But even then, they aren't "expired." You can still use your Master Password and Secret Key to unlock and view your data, and you can copy/paste it, or even export it if you wish. You just can't add any new data or change any existing data, and you can't use the browser extension. Can you tell me what steps you've been taking, and what's not working the way you expect?
