Hi, One Password forums,

I'm trying to recover the account that I have not used since 2016. I do not have the secret phrase anymore and I would like to know what options I have available in order to recover the account as I would like to renew the subscription to the account.

    Hi @pccole

    If you do not have the credentials for the account it will not be possible to access it, but our sales team can help you start over with a new account. I see you also emailed us about this issue. I apologize that we have not yet been able to respond to that inquiry. I'll see what I can do about getting you a response to that email today.
