When I click the extension icon or hit the keyboard shortcut (Cmd /) I can select a login, but when I click to fill, the dialog closes and nothing happens.

However, in the console I can see that the extension's injected.js errors:

1Password Version: 1Password 7 Version 7.2.2 (70202006) Agile Webwink
Extension Version: 7.2.2
OS Version: 10.14 (18A391)
Sync Type: 1Password Family

    Welcome to the forum, @fokkezb!

Thanks for your report and sorry that our Safari extension isn't filling. :(

I'd love to take a deeper look, so let's take this one off the forum until we have a solution. Note: These instructions are only for @fokkezb

Please try filling again and then create a diagnostics report from your Mac: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?mac

Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the subject of your diagnostics email before sending it:

    [#UJM-92381-172]

This will link your diagnostics to the email discussion I've just created. We'll take a look and let you know what we find out.

    Hi @fokkezb,

So there is a small bug in the extension but the error isn't the source of the issue, it's a missing guard against receiving no instructions from 1Password. It needs corrected of course but its presence is typically a red herring as to the actual issue. Are you finding 1Password isn't filling with a specific site or sites and do you see the same problem with a particular page if you try saving an entirely new Login item using the steps outlined on our support page How to save a Login manually in your browser? If it is a specific site how would you feel about sharing the URL with us in our public support forum or would you prefer to switch to email?

    Hi,

It indeed seems to be a specific site where it doesn't work; other sites do work:
    https://spectrovita.com/buitenkans/

And indeed when I manually save it does work!

Here's the entry that didn't work:

And here's the manual one that now does:

    Hello @fokkezb,

Odd. You wouldn't think such a small visible difference should impact filling and the page seems simple enough. I wish I could offer a compelling explanation but I think I'm just happy the new item works. Hopefully you don't come across too many more like this.
