Read first: Previous version support information

All data, logins, secure notes in trash bin after migration. Can't restore!! Help!!

I am trying to upgrade to a monthly family plan subscription. After migrating data, in my new "private" vault all my logins and secure notes are i the trash bin. I see no way to get them out of trash. Pretty frustrated.

1Password Version: X 1.12.3
Extension Version: 1.12.3
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: huh?

    Hi @Jimrv2,

    Thanks for reporting this issue, I'm sorry that you are having issues with this.

    Can you tell me where or which version of 1Password you originally used to migrate your data to your 1Password account? You've listed 1Password X in your post but this browser extension cannot be used for migrating the data and doesn't have a great way to restore all of your items at once. It is better to use the desktop program to restore your items or to try migrating the data again.

    Also, did you migrate from a standalone 1Password vault (OPVault or Agile Keychain) or from a different password manager?
