i got some Sync Errors items,how to sync it again?

First of all, please tell me if you see a cloud icon in the upper right corner of 1Password 7 window. In addition to that, please specify if you are using any kind of VPN or proxy on your side, as they might affect the sync in 1Password. Thanks in advance!

To get a better idea of what is going on, please create a Diagnostics Report from 1Password 7 on your computer. Here is how:
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to [email protected]. Please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.
