No chat support or phone support.
Plenty support articles, though I don't know how well they are organised as I haven't needed to use them.
These forums aren't "help yourself" as all queries are answered by AgileBits staff. But experienced users can often answer faster than staff members.

They don't have chat and phone support at this time. But, I do hope that they'll introduce chat-based support soon (probably in the pipeline). Even so, there are numerous channels to reach them -
- 1Password Support Forum - typically, mods and experienced users will answer your question pretty fast here.
- Knowledgebase and FAQ (https://support.1password.com/) - I always refer this page most of the time.
