My son-in-law gave me a one year membership to try and lost my password during the process.

Tried to sign up after receiving my son-in-law's gift of one year membership, did not write down the master pass word, assumed it would be part of my emergency kit. It was not. All stop at that point. Sent a help message on November 22, support ID #ERZ-54958-452. Have received no response at all. Could use some assistance at this point.
