migrate 1password 4 standalone vault to version 7

I have a 1password standalone version 4 vault on Dropbox that I share with my mobile devices. I just signed up for 1password family membership and can't figure out how to migrate my version 4 vault to my new account.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    If you haven't migrated your data automatically using our migration guide here, you can import your data manually. Here is how:

    1) Open and unlock 1Password 7 app on your PC.

    2) Go to 1Password > Import.

    3) Select Agile Keychain or OPVault folder option and find your old local vault vault.

    4) Enter the Master Password for that vault, select your Personal vault as the vault your data will be imported into and click Import.
