Family Sharing 1Password to my family members

I have used 1Password since 1Password4. Now, I want to let my wife to use 1Password using Family Sharing but I don’t know how to do it.

Where can she download the standalone app for iOS while she is under me as a family member?

    Apple's Family Sharing isn't applicable to 1Password. If you'd like to share 1Password with your family please check out our 1Password Families service:

    What Apple's Family Sharing does is allow those who are set up as a family within the Apple ID system to download apps that someone else in the family has already purchased at no additional cost. As 1Password is already a freely downloadable app Family Sharing has no bearing. Apple's Family Sharing does not give the ability to share 1Password data. 1Password Families does.
