Filling passwords in programs (like Quicken)

I have been using 1Password4 for years and am now trying a membership plan. With 1P4 I could use the Ctrl+\ hotkey with a program like Quicken to use 1P to fill in the password. This doesn't seem to work in 1P7. Is there still a way to do this?

    Hi @rmart33,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Auto-Type is not yet implemented in 1Password 7 but it is definitely coming in a future update.

    For now, you can use the Type in Window feature, which will evolve into Auto-Type in time. To do this;

    1. Focus the username field in Quicken, bring up 1Password mini via (_Control + Alt + _)
    2. Right-click on the Quicken item in 1Password mini to expand use its username's copy menu and select Quicken to type the username. Repeat step 1 for the password field and then step 2 to select the password field.
